3 BEDROOM CORTIJO
ORGIVA - LAS ALPUJARRAS
"CORTIJO MORENO"...
...... is a spacious house located approximately 7 minutes drive to the west of Orgiva, the main town of the lower Alpujarras, in the province of Granada. The house is in a quiet area in the midst of almond and olive trees all over the surrounding hills. It is easily accessed along a 2 km dust road in good conditions.
Cortijo Moreno is south facing and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with open-plan kitchen. There is a 40m² covered terrace in front of the house with outstanding views over the mountains and valley south of Orgiva. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and there is always a fresh breeze even in high summer. It is a lovely place to relax and guests of Cortijo Moreno tend to spend more time here than in the living room.
The pool terrace is view protected and accessed through a small garden gate and down a stone staircase. The swimming pool is 9 x 5m and ranges from 1.10m to 1.7m with 4 steps leading into the shallow end. There is also an external shower and sun loungers for relaxing round the pool.
The entrance to the house is on the upper terrace and leads into a spacious living room which comprises a cosy sitting area with 2 sofas beside an open fireplace and a dining area. The kitchen is separated by a brick archway. There is a television and INTERNET connection which is free to guests but must be activated in advance, so please request access when booking.
At the far end of the living room there is another brick archway leading down a hallway to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is very well furnished and has a double bed, bureau, a large wardrobe and an additional television. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third is a child's bedroom with a single bed, extra bed, desk and wardrobe. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for a seventh person.
The two bathrooms are roughly the same size and fully equipped . One has a bath tub with Jacuzzi and the other has a modern shower unit.
Cortijo Moreno has parking spaces for 2 cars right next to the house. Orgiva, the nearest town, has all manner of shops, bars, restaurants and a lively market on Thursdays. It is a 40 minute drive to the beaches at Salobreña and 45 minutes to the historical city of Granada.

Pool is available the whole year.
A refundable deposit of 150 EUR is requested on arrival to cover any damages.
Pets are permitted with prior notice.
