... Holiday cottage Cortijo Mari with its private swimming pool and the two terraces is an excellent retreat with ideal conditions for a calm, completely private vacation under the Andalusian sun. An ideal place to switch off and totally relaxes settled on a 4 acres farm with vegetable gardens and olive trees situated in the green semi-tropical valley of the "Rio Guadalfeo"

The swimming pool is surrounded by a gree lawn and situated in front of the house. There is an external shower beside the pool and a well sized bricked grill with tab.
Directly in front of the cottage there is a partially covered terrace with stairs that go up to a large roof terrace that offers spectacular panoramic views.
The cottage is accessed from the terrace which leads into the lounge with dining area and open-plan kitchen.
The property is accessed by a 300m private track in good condition. There are also parking spaces near to the house.

Orgiva, with supermarkets, restaurants, banks with ATM's and medical help is 5 minutes by car.
The coast or the beautiful city of Granada are easily accessible for day trips and take approximately an hour by car from Orgiva.

Fire wood is not included in the price and can be bought from he owner.
Swimming pool from Easter to end of October.

Smaller pets with special permision and payment of a refundable deposit of 150 €.
