... is a 15 minutes walk away from Orgiva, the main village of the Alpujarras. The holiday rental is situated in the tranquil countryside with breathtaking views of the Sierra Lujar and Sierra Nevada mountain ranges. BENI is a 70 m² detached holiday house surrounded by olive groves and orange orchards and with its own private and view secluded swimming pool. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place to spend a holiday in a typically Andalusian environment where the only noises are gentle breezes and birds singing in the trees.

From the pool terrace guests can enjoy the wonderful views and there is plenty of space for sunbathing and playing. In spring the mountains are snow-covered and the orange, lemon and mandarin trees are full of fruit. There is an outdoor shower, garden furniture, a swing chair, sun loungers and a brick barbecue.

The house is accessed through a covered terrace with tables and chairs, ideal for eating al fresco in the shade. This leads into the hallway of the house which in turn leads onto the two bedrooms, bathroom and the lounge area with open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is also a washing machine and a microwave. The lounge has an open fireplace and satellite TV with international programs and a CD player with radio.

There is parking spaces directly in front of the house within the confines of the property.

From Cortijo Beni, a drive to the coast is only 40 minutes and the beautiful city of Granada is an hour away. Orgiva itself offers plenty of bars and restaurants, shops, banks and medical supplies as well as a lively market on Thursdays and is only a 5 minute drive away.

Swimming pool is available from 01/04 to 31/10.
Firewood is provided for the first day and then charged at 9 EUR a barrow
Minimum rental period is 7 days
Dogs are permitted on request with a refundable deposit of 150 €. Please advice when you do the booking!
