.... is in a very green and peaceful area, 4 km from Orgiva and approx. 40 mins drive from the Costa Tropical . The property is south facing and offers beautiful views of the valley and surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains in the province of Granada.
The house is 400 yards from the main road down a track in good condition.
This delightful 2 bedroom cottage is very picturesque and fits perfectly into the landscape. It is surrounded by an orchard, with olives, lemon and orange trees. Behind the house is the private pool surrounded by a bamboo fence.
Central to the house is the living room with open plan kitchen, and large windows. To the rear there is a concealed entrance to the bedrooms. The ceilings are supported by wooden beams. The house has been decorated with lots of interesting architectural details. The fireplace in the lounge is particularly beautiful and heats the room well. There is parking beside the house.
From Cortijo Anahatar, a drive to the coast is only 40 minutes and the beautiful city of Granada is an hour away. Orgiva, a 5 minute drive away, offers plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, banks and a lively Thursday market. A drive up the mountain takes you to the white villages of the Alpujarras. There is a ski resort near Granada which is open during the winter months.
