VILLA PACORA is situated in the midst of Nerja's coastal plain which boasts a particularly mild climate due to the surrounding Sierra Nevada foothills. The picturesque town of Nerja is only a 5 minute drive away and has some of the loveliest beaches in the area.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sizeable living room and a large covered terrace. The property covers 800m² and is completely enclosed for maximum privacy, only accessed through a large remote controlled gate with parking right in front of the house.
The swimming pool (8 x 4 m and 1.10 to 1.8m deep) is surrounded by well kept lawns with sub-tropical trees and shrubs and there is an external shower and sun loungers around the pool. By the house is the covered terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor brick barbecue, sink and bread oven, ideal for making pizzas.
The spacious living room of VILLA PACORA is divided into a cosy seating area and a dining area right next to a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and all mod cons for self-catering in style. The seating area consists of 2 sofas beside an open fireplace, satellite TV with international programs and a DVD recorder.
The living room leads through a small hallway to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are stylish and newly furnished with built-in wardrobe and small desk. The two bathrooms are also well-equipped and both have bath tubs.
VILLA PACORA has wonderful views over the mountains of the Sierra Almijara and surrounding nature park as well as sea views of Nerja about 3 km away. The property is very protected with subtropical plants and different kinds of palm and has a cosy atmosphere. Altogether a recommendable place for a relaxing holiday in Andalusia.
The nearest place (5 minutes drive) is Nerja, good for shopping, banks and medical supplies as well as a good selection of bars and restaurants. Nerja also connects to the motorway so other tourist destinations are within easy reach. To Granada and into the skiing areas of the Sierra Nevada is about an hour's drive and Malaga airport is only 45 minutes. Between Nerja and Almunecar there is an undisturbed nature area with secluded bays and beautiful beaches, about 15 minutes by car from VILLA PACORA.
