VILLA EL CANIO
VILLLA EL CANIO is a detached holiday house with private garden and pool which is part of a select housing estate approximately 3 km from Nerja and near to the pretty white village of Frigiliana. The charming coastal town of Nerja and its lovely beaches are a mere 10 minutes drive away.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful and well kept garden. There is a lush green lawn in front of the house and an 8 x 4m (up to 2m deep) swimming pool in the centre of the garden. The property is accessed through a remote controlled gate and there is parking right next to the house.
The entrance to the house is through a large covered terrace which leads into the living room - a spacious, modern room with dining area, cosy sofa corner with open fireplace and an open plan kitchen. The living room is equipped with TV which has international programmes and a DVD player. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped, with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, juicer, to name but a few items.
There is a small corridor leading from the living room to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are well furnished and have built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers in two of them. The bathrooms have bath tubs and are equally well equipped.
VILLA EL CANIO faces east and gets all day sun and there are wonderful views of the mountains of the Sierra Almijara, which separate the provinces of Malaga and Granada, and views of the sea and the old part of Nerja from the easterly side of the garden. The house is enclosed by an array of subtropical plants and different varieties of palm. It is, all in all, a very comfortable holiday accommodation and perfect for a relaxing holiday in one of the sunniest places in Europe with a mild climate nearly all year round.
The nearest town (10 minutes drive) is Nerja, where you can do all your shopping or spend an enjoyable day on the beach. The route to Nerja will also take you to the motorway which connects to all the major tourist destinations, such as Granada and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada (an hours drive), the Alpujarra mountain villages, Malaga or Almeria. Malaga Airport is about 45 minutes drive. Most of the best beaches of the Costa del Sol are between Nerja and Almunecar, 15 minutes from VILLA EL CANIO.
