The villa has an immaculately kept garden with a large swimming pool (8.5m by 4.5m) bordered by lush green lawns. The pool has a round Jacuzzi at one end with various jet nozzles throughout to create a very effective massage. This in itself is a luxury but Villa Angel also has a Jacuzzi indoors, in the largest bathroom, with underwater jets which again produce a very relaxing massage.

The property is accessed through a remote controlled gate which leads to a parking space for up to 3 cars near the house.  The entrance by foot to the villa is down a staircase and through the garden to the front terrace.

VILLA ANGEL is very spacious and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern, fully-equipped and separate kitchen (probably the best one of all our holiday homes), a living room with dining area and cosy sofa corner next to a glass fronted fireplace. The living room is equipped with TV with international programs and DVD player. The kitchen leaves little to be desired - there is a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, juicer and much more.

The living room leads down a hallway to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are well furnished, have built-in wardrobes and a small desk. The smaller of the two bathrooms is fully equipped and has a bath tub with shower facility and the large bathroom has the aforementioned Jacuzzi as well as a separate shower unit.

VILLA ANGEL also has wonderful views over the valley of Nerja and the Mediterranean sea.  The property is enclosed by subtropical plants and an array of different varieties of palm tree. All in all, it is a  comfortable holiday home for a relaxing, peaceful holiday in one of the warmest, sunniest places in Europe!

A potential drawback for some is the proximity of the motorway, about 150 meters above the house. However, the motorway cannot be seen or heard from the villa or garden and it is also very convenient for embarking on trips to other places.  Granada and the skiing areas of the Sierra Nevada are about an hour's drive and Malaga Airport takes 45 minutes. The nearest place for shopping is Nerja, 5 minutes drive away.  Between Nerja and Almuñecar there is a stunning natural area with several of the most beautiful bays and beaches along the Costa del Sol and only 15 minutes drive from VILLA ANGEL.
