VILLA ACOSTA

VILLA ACOSTA is a luxurious, detached, one bed-roomed holiday villa located on the ridge west of the white village of Frigiliana. There are spectacular views from the house, towards the Mediterranean Sea and also Frigiliana with the Sierra Almijara behind it up to its highest summit Navachica (1,830m above sea level).

This holiday house is built with a lot of imagination and attention to detail with everything required for a pleasant stay. This applies to the decor and indoor furnishing as well as the exterior, built on different levels.

The main terrace with a kidney shaped swimming pool is situated directly below the house and offers outstanding panoramic views. There is a small waterfall which feeds into the pool to circulate the water, an outdoor shower and sun loungers.  The pool area is creatively tiled with various mosaic designs.

Below the main terrace there is another terrace with a barbecue, sink, refrigerator and toilet.  It is surrounded by subtropical plants and flowers with a large stone table in the centre.

Next to the house is yet another terrace (20m² ) with bamboo shade, dining table and the very best of views.

Inside the house there is a living room with open plan kitchen. The kitchen is next to the 20m2 terrace and is very well equipped (dishwasher, oven, etc.).

The living room is comfortably furnished. It has a wood stove for colder days and a television with satellite and DVD. The sofa can be made into a bed for one person. There is a writing desk at the back of the living room.

The large double bedroom with double bed (1.90m x 1.50m) is beautifully designed. Wood panels are offset with stone walls; gentle colours and indirect light create a cozy atmosphere. There is also a rustic built-in wardrobe with a door in the middle leading to a tastefully tiled bathroom.

VILLA ACOSTA is an exceptionally nice place for a holiday near the sea whilst also being secluded and away from the bustle.

The nearest village (5 minutes drive) is Frigiliana which has restaurants, bars and shops for all necessary supplies.  It takes 10 minutes to drive to Nerja and the coastal motorway connecting all of Andalucia. Granada and the skiing areas of the Sierra Nevada is a one hour drive. Malaga Airport is 45 minutes. Between Nerja and Almuñecar is an unspoilt natural area with various bays and cliffs and some of the most beautiful beaches in the Costa del Sol - within 20 minutes drive from the house.

There is a parking area on the property. The approach road is somewhat winding but isn't a problem for a car at any time of the year.

Mid season:   620 EUR per week (May, June, September, Christmas, Easter)
Low season:   520 EUR per week  (April + October)
Winter season: 420 EUR per week (the remainder of the year)

Minimum rental period is 5 days - no change over day
