CASA SANTANA …… is situated in an attractive and well-maintained residential area on the outskirts of the coastal town of Nerja and at the entrance to the Sierra Almijara natural park with its vast pine forests, perfect for hiking and mountain biking.
The apartment consists of the entire ground floor of a 2.5 storey house with its own entrance on the west side. The front door is accessed from a 40m private terrace shaded by a large pine tree and is entirely enclosed, making it an undisturbed and safe playground for small children. Next to the terrace there is a gate leading to the pool area which comprises a large south facing terrace with a lovely oval swimming pool (7m x of 3.5m).
Inside CASA SANTANA there is a living room with dining area and kitchen. The living room opens out onto a balcony with outdoor tables and chairs. Towards the back there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath tub. There are beautiful sea views from the living room as well as the pool terrace.
CASA SANTANA is very well equipped, indoors and out. Outdoors there is garden furniture, parasols and a barbecue with all the necessary utensils and all in good condition. Inside there are fans, a high chair, mosquito nets and even a wall safe. The property is enclosed with subtropical plants and various types of palm trees.
The area itself boasts a mild climate and lots of sunshine and the pool is available all year round. The nearest place (5 minutes drive) is Nerja which has a choice of sandy beaches and a shopping centre. Nerja connects to the new coastal motorway for easy access to all tourist destinations. It is an hour's drive to Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resorts and Malaga Airport is 45 minutes. Between Nerja and Almuñecar one encounters some of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa del Sol and only 10 minutes away from CASA SANTANA.
