CASA LEO is a holiday house built with a lot of imagination in a quiet, residential village between the towns of Frigiliana and Nerja.  It is a 600m² property surrounded by fences and hedges and the gardens around the house are very well maintained.  The property is completely south facing and approximately 4 km from the Mediterranean Sea. The panoramic views from the roof terrace of the house are stunning. As well as sea views there are views north and north-west to the Sierra Almijara natural park and their highest peak (1,830m above sea level).

The gardens have beautifully kept lawns and an array of exotic plants and trees.
The 24m² swimming pool is directly below the house and there are 4 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a swing chair. There is a barbecue area with a brick barbecue and water supply and also steps leading up to the house.  The gardens are judiciously arranged and the house is furnished with ease and comfort in mind so that guests will feel completely at home in CASA LEO!

The porch is perfect for eating al fresco and offers great views. It leads into a tastefully furnished living room where there is a dining area and an cosy corner with an open fireplace and TV with international channels. The kitchen is through an archway near the dining area and has a modern hob, oven and microwave.
The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are at the back of the house through an arched passageway with bright, welcoming décor. Parking is available right next to the house and the whole property is fenced in for complete privacy. The approach road is quite narrow but unproblematic even for larger cars.

The nearest places for supplies are Frigiliana and Nerja, both a 5 minute drive away.
The whitewashed village of Frigiliana has won prizes for the prettiest Andalusian village on quite a few occasions. It has good restaurants, boutiques and traditional Andalusian charm. Nerja is a bigger town on the coast and is also very attractive with long promenades and miles of beaches and lovely little coves to explore as well as its famous caves.  There are also beach bars, tapas bars and some good nightlife.

Nerja is close to the motorway and therefore all other destinations are reached easily. Granada and further on into the skiing areas of the Sierra Nevada is about an hours  drives. Malaga Airport is 45 minutes. Between Nerja and Almunecar,10 to15 minutes drive from CASA LEO, there is a nature reserve with a variety of bays and some of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa del Sol.

PRICES:

HIGH SEASON:    890 EUR per week (01/07 to 31/08)

MID SEASON:    625 EUR per week  (June, September, Chrismas, Easter)

LOW SEASON:  525 EUR per week (May and October)

WINTER SEASON:  425 EUR per week (remainder of the year)

Pets are permitted with prior notice and a refundable deposit of 150 EUR on arrival.
