Casa Lina, Motril

CASA LINA is settled in the more retreated back part of FINCA LOS AGUACATES and offers most privacy.

The 80 sqm holiday home offers two different terraces.
The roof covered terrace is at entrance and close to the kitchen. The second terrace has entrance by the two sleeping rooms and sun from the morning to the evening.

CASA LINA has two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed and on-suite bathroom - the other bedroom has 3 single beds. Both bedrooms have their own terrace door to the garden for tranquillity and privacy.

The living room is completely round and the main source of light is thruogh the roof. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen (with dishwasher), a dining area and a sitting area in front of the glass fronted fire place and SAT TV.

Parking is by the house.

Prices valid for 4 persons, for a 5th person € 7,50,- per day is charged, a child until 12 years pays 4 € / day. Children from 1 - 3 years are free.
Fire wood is not included.
Cleaning fee of 40 €,- per booking.
Minimum rental period is 2 days
Internet connection 5 € week.
