... is a detached holiday home with a view-protected, private swimming pool in a wonderful panoramic setting above Lanjaron, an alpujarran village famous for its natural water springs. It is a 2 bedroomed house, facing south-west, built in the traditional flat roofed style of the region and surrounded by terraces, a large barbecue area, the pool, a small pond and a stone seating area. The whole property is fenced and offers optimum peace and tranquillity.

One enters the house from a large covered terrace with table and chairs suitable for dining al fresco in the shade. This leads into the hallway and then to the lounge which has access to the bathroom and bedrooms. It is a spacious lounge comprising a sofa corner with satellite TV and fireplace and an open plan kitchen with dining area.

The tiled swimming pool measures 4 x of 7 metres and has a brick seating area and table at the side with spectacular views over the Lanjaron valley as far as the Mediterranean. The view northward is dominated by the breathtaking Sierra Nevada mountain range. In front of the house there is a luxurious covered barbecue area with sink and shelves.
There is parking space right next to the house.

The centre of Lanjaron lies approximately 25 minutes distance on foot and there are also some bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk away. Lanjaron is the nearest place for shopping, banks and medical supplies. There is also a massage centre and spa bath as well as offering the best restaurants and ice-cream parlours in the region. There is also an impressive ruin of a Moorish castle. Salobrena and the coast are a 30 minute drive and Granada a 45 minute drive.

(01.07.- 31.08., Easter)

MID SEASON 575,-€ per week
(Easter, May, June and September)

LOW SEASON 470,- € per week
(the remainder of the year)

Swimming pool available from Easter to 31/oct.
Pets are permitted by previous arrangement - an extra cleaning fee of 50 EUR per booking is requiered
In the winter firewood is supplied for the first day and subsequently charged at 10 € a barrow
