"CASITA MARIA ROSA"...
.... is a small, cosy wooden house with a tiled bathroom in an incredible location above Lanjaron in the Alpujarra mountains between Granada and the Costa Tropical.
It is an ideal place for a relaxing, peaceful holiday as well as being only a 40 minute drive to Granada or the coast and a short walk into Lanjaron for shopping or to visit the many bars and restaurants.
This wooden holiday house is part of a large 5000m² estate which includes a grandiose swimming pool (10 x 5 m) and a bigger house occupied by the owners - a friendly family with 2 young children. The pool is available for use by the guests and the owners.
There are amazing panoramic views from the pool area and sun loungers and sunshades are provided. There are also chickens, cats and a dog and the land is made up of gardens and olive orchards which blends perfectly with its natural surroundings.
Casita Maria Rosa is well furnished and has a lounge and open plan kitchen, bedroom and beautifully tiled bathroom (the only brick built room) with glass panels, which create a lovely light. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay and the bedroom is a particularly attractive room with a double and a single bed. All the windows have mosquito nets and there are 2 shaded areas outside to relax out of the sun and enjoy the wonderful views.
There is also a small barbecue for use outdoors. Parking is available about 30 metres from the house. The approach road from Lanjaron is a little rugged but taken slowly, is uncomplicated.
