"CASA LA PALMERA"...
Between the Alpujarra villages Orgiva and Lanjaron, in a calm valley surrounded by olive and orange groves, there is the small hamlet "Las Campanillas" 3 kilometers away from Lanjaron. The hamlet is reached by a two kilometres tarmaced track.
A little bit outside of this hamlet there is rental cottage "CASA LA PALMERA" that has access by its own 300 meters non-tarmaced track in good condition. The holiday home has a excellent spring for drinking water.
In front of the cottage there is a big terrace covered with grape vines. This terrace is separated with a small wood fence from the pool terrace, whose centre forms 6.5 x 3.5 meters large pool.
The pool is absolutely private and protected. A bricked grill is at the guest's disposal as well on the same terrace. The entire external area is completely concealed from view and offers greatest possible privacy and lots of peace and quiet.
The ground floor of the 75 sqm large holiday house has a salon with fire-place, dining area and open plan kitchen. From the salon you get to a small bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
Up the beautiful wood stairs you get to the top of the house with the two separate bedrooms.
The entire hamlet "Las Campanillas" is a child-friendly place. The environment is perfectly rural and invites investigation. The next road with traffic is several kilometres away.
The guests may harvest as much as they like from the organic fruit trees (especially oranges). There is a private parking in front of the property.
To the sea and to Granada it is a 35 / 45 minutes drive. The nearest place for shopping is Lanjaron, a famous spa town with very high quality springs for table water and a good tourist infrastructure. Lanjaron is considered the "gateway to las Alpujarras" as it is the first Alpujarra town coming from Granada.
