"CASA ARNEDO"...
.... is an imaginatively built detached house situated on the outskirts of Lanjaron. Approximately 2km away from the centre but there are bars and restaurants in walking distance (less than 10 minutes)
Casa Arnedo offers wonderful views of the Sierra Nevada mountains which stretch down to the Mediterranean. It is a small, attractive house with its own garden and swimming pool. The interior is furnished in typical alpujarran style with wooden beamed ceilings and window frames which creates a cosy, rustic feel that blends perfectly with its environment.
The house has 2 floors - the ground floor consists of a lounge with comfortable seating and dining area leading to an open plan kitchen. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The main bedroom leads out onto a small shaded terrace which is a delightful place to relax and read out of the sun, especially in the summer months. It is also an ideal house for the winter months as there is central heating and an open fireplace.
The swimming pool (2 x 4m) and surrounding terrace are view protected by large rocks on one side and offer fantastic views on the other side over Lanjaron and the mountains. There are sun loungers and a sun screen provided as well as an external shower. There is another covered terrace to the side of the house with a brick barbecue and dining area. Parking places are next to the house making it convenient for loading and unloading.
Casa Arnedo is a particularly good starting point for exploring Andalusia as it is close to the main traffic routes to Granada, the Sierra Nevadas and the Mediterranean Coast - a day on the beach is only a 30 minute drive away. Lanjaron is a pleasant half an hour walk and the nearest place for shopping, bars and restaurants. It also has a health spa and is famous for its mountain spring water.

Pets are welcome but an extra cleaning fee of 50 EUR per booking has to be paid - Please advice in advance
Firewood is provided for one day and subsequently charged at 9 € a barrow
Minimum rental period is 2 days
