..... is situated in the beautiful, unspoilt valley of "Padre Eterno", in the midst of the Sierra Nevada National Park.
The huge and completely fenced in cottage is surrounded by comprising green lawns, rose bushes and an abundance of fruit and olive trees. The cottage itself is a 150 m² bungalow with 3 bedrooms and a spacious lounge with dining area and glass-covered fireplace. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The front door leads onto a delightful flower-covered terrace with table and chairs for eating al fresco.
Outside the cottage there is an extensive lawn area with a large swimming pool (8 x 4 m) and magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. There are sun loungers around the pool for sun-bathing and enjoying the breathtaking scenery.
The property is accessed by a tarmaced track, 5 minutes drive from the main road, which leads down to a parking area above the house. The owner will be on hand to welcome guests and help them settle in. Because of its location, away from the main road, the cortijo is perfect for a quiet and peaceful holiday, as well as being within easy reach of nearby villages for shopping, bars and restaurants.
The drive to the sea or to Granada takes 75 minutes. The nearest place for shopping, banks and other amenities is Pampaneira, a white washed mountain village in the tradition of North African flat roofed Moorish architecture.
