Finca los Aguacates  Motril

Situated on the southern slopes of the "Sierra Lujar" (2000 meters high) and about a ten minute drive from Motril, this rural property takes its name from the avocado trees ("aguacates") that were cultivated here.
On the estate there are several self-catering holiday cottages with one or two bedrooms and private terrace areas. The focal point of the "Finca" is a very nice swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and terraces.

There are 3 cats and 3 dogs, all friendly, living on the property so we do not recommend it for people that dislike animals!
The sea and the good beaches of Salobrena, Costa Tropical are just 10 - 15 minutes by car. Granada and Sierra Nevada are a 1 hour drive away.
All facilities for shopping, banks and hospital in Motril at 6 kilometres distance.
