This holiday estate is a small paradise for children and adults on the Costa del Sol.
It offers 2 different holiday apartments, a wonderful large swimming pool and various leisure facilities.
A billiard pool table, a table tennis and a tabletop football are available for all holiday guests - free of charge!!

The "Holiday Estate" is run by a native Andalusian married couple. All holidays guests are received personally and with Andalusian hospitality.
"Finca Almayate" is situated in calm and remote setting above the village of Almayate. The environment is more agricultural than touristy.
The Swimming pool area has a good a view of the estate, the surrounding hills and the Sea a few kilometres away. The beautiful, still "virgin" sand beach of Almayate is a well kept secret of the Costa del Sol.

The "Finca"/estate is divided in:

• a garden with goose and chicken houses, palm meadow - close to the house
• a horse meadow with the stables for 2 horses, the Pony and 2 ostriches - situated below the house.
• a pool area with large lawn, refrigerator, sun couches and barbeque

The main house consist of 4 different dwellings. 2 are holiday apartments and one in the centre is the home of the owners.

The holiday apartments:

• "LA CASA ENMEDIO" for 4 persons is the central dwelling. it has a similar layout to "El Palomar", 20 square metre large covered terrace with views inland. More information & photos .

Each holiday apartment has a separate entrance.

The EQUIPMENT

Each dwelling has its own washing machine, Satellite TV, microwave, garden furniture. Heating with electrical radiators. Each bathroom has a bath tub, a wash basin, a toilet and a bidet. A cot can be set up free of charge (please indicate when you book your reservation)

A furnished common room with tabletop football, table tennis and billiard pool table which is available to all the guests.

The Swimming pool is opened from Easter to end of September. The 17 x 9 metre large and 3 metre deep pool is constantly filled up with fresh water from an underground source. The water running off serves for the irrigation of the "Finca". Because of the good water quality chlorine level of the pool is low. Around the pool is a green lawn equipped with sun couches, a bricked grill and a bar with refrigerator. Besides the big pool there is a paddling pool (4 ft x 4 ft) for small children.

All facilities are shared by the guests and the owners.
Parking exists on the estate. "La Casilla" and "El Enmedio" have their own parking spaces close to the front door. A part of the access road is an unproblematic dirt road. The access to the estate is a little bit narrow.
A good tourist infrastructure including a water park and a discotheque also good restaurants can be found in Torre del Mar in 4 km distance. Malaga is a 30 minutes drive away and the airport 35 - 40 minutes.

CONDITIONS: Minimum rental period is 5 days
High season from 01.07. - 31.08, Easter (4 nights)
Mid season from 01.04. - 31.10., Xmas and New Year.
