"VILLA AGUILERA"...
..... is a detached villa overlooking the coast, situated between Almuñecar and Salobreña on the Costa Tropical.
The property consists of the house, garden, terrace and swimming pool, all of which have fantastic, unbeatable views south over the Mediterranean Sea. The garden surrounding the house is beautifully designed with verdant green and subtropical plants. The swimming pool is below the house, accessed by steps, and is a large, well-maintained pool (8 x 4 meters long and 1 - 1.7 meters deep). The water is filtered and salted. This a modern system to maintain the water without the use of chloro.
VILLA AGUILERA has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 4 people.
The spacious lounge is very well-equipped with a cosy sofa corner with glass-fronted fireplace and a large flat screen TV and a dining area.
From the large front window one can watch the fishermen at work in the bay below. The lounge leads on to a small but well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the dining area. There is another dining table and chairs in the conservatory with breathtaking sea views. This leads out to an open terrace as well as to the stairs down to the garden and pool.
At the back of the house there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. Both bedrooms have windows facing south. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds (in the picture the second bed is missing)

Outside, there is another beautiful, completely secluded patio in the corner of the garden with a barbecue area. The garden is surrounded by shady subtropical trees typical of the Costa Tropical. The property is enclosed toward the south with a low wall approximately 2 meters high. Small children cannot play here unsupervised!
The nearest large town is Salobreña (5 minutes by car - with 18 hole golf cort). On the coast road, that passes by about 200 metres underneath the villa, you get quickly to Almuñecar and to a driveup to the motorway. Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort are about a one hour drive. The airports of Malaga or Granada are 1½ hours drive away. Parking is provided just outside the property in front of the house.
