..... is an attractive unpretentious holiday home surrounded by 20,000 squared metres of land and situated in the most amazing location overlooking the entire Costa Tropical.

The Swimming pool is private and completely view protected, closed in by the west side of the house. There is parking available for 2 vehicles right by the house and the nearest beaches are just a few minutes drive. The coastal resorts of Salobreña and Almuñecar are also nearby, 9km and 5km respectively. The access road from the main coast road to the property is quite steep in places but is completely manageable by car.

The architecture of the house itself is Arabic and built with style and taste. The many doors and windows create a space of light and warmth and the sea views from the balconies are tremendous. Downstairs is the lounge, with dining room and fireside corner, and an open-plan kitchen with all mod cons. There is a veranda by the kitchen for eating outside and enjoying the view. From here, a spiral staircase leads up to a spacious attic bedroom, brightly and modernly furnished with 2 arrangeable single beds. There is another bedroom on the ground floor with its own patio door with sea views. There is also a children's bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom, with bath and shower facilities, is on the ground floor next to the lounge.

The kitchen has a 4 ring hob and oven, refrigerator with freezing section, microwave, furnace and a stove. For the cooler months electrical radiators are available. Outside the house there is an area for eating outdoors with a brick barbecue and terrace by the pool. Dogs are permitted with prior notice and can have free range as the property is entirely fenced in.

CASA PARAISO AZUL offers the possibility of a peaceful, relaxing holiday by the sea without the touristy trappings of the Costa del Sol and with interesting places to visit on your doorstep.
