...... is a detached holiday house situated in an amazing location above Playa Velilla just 5 minutes walk from the beach. On the 9000m² estate there are two houses, Casa Daniela and the owners' house. Both are surrounded by lawns, terraces and a very large swimming pool area (1000m²) beside an attractive summer house. The gardens have a delightful array of sub-tropical plants with Pine Trees around the borders, and the entire grounds are well looked after.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests and is a lovely place to relax and sunbathe, surrounded by spectacular panoramic views. The summerhouse next to the pool is complete with a kitchen, refrigerator and dining area and offers a comfortable shaded area so that it is possible to spend whole days by the pool which, due to the mild climate of the area, is available all year round.
The Italian owner lives about 40 meters away from the pool. The pool area is not view protected! She (the owner) has 2 friendly dogs and 4 turtles and is a very discreet neighbour.
CASA DANIELA has two storeys. The entrance is on the second storey and leads into the lounge which comprises a comfortable sofa area, dining area and open-plan kitchen. There are French windows opening on to a 4 x 4 meters terrace with beautiful, unrestricted views of the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a toilet on this floor.
From the lounge there are stairs leading down to the ground floor and the bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and this leads onto an arc shaped passage with a smaller bedroom with single bed. The next room is the large bedroom with double bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a small terrace which leads out to the garden near to the pool area. There are also 2 separate toilets. The proximity of the bedrooms makes Casa Daniela a suitable place for families or good friends.
The 3 kilometre long "Playa Velilla" beach, the "Agua Tropic" aquatic water fun park and some shops and restaurants are within walking distance to CASA DANIELA.
Almuñecar and the beautiful old part of town are a short drive or bus ride away.
In Salobreña there is a 9-hole golf course - Los Mariscos - and attractive beach - Playa Granada. The city of Granada and the stunning Alhambra Palace or the Sierra Nevada ski resort are both a 70 minute drive away. In the other direction, Malaga Airport is also approximately 70 minutes by car.
